ALTI-Expo and Conference 2023 marks the association's return to the same DoubleTree by Hilton in Orlando, after the pandemic-enforced hiatus. Those who attended the 2019 event found an excellent venue with space for just about any and all exhibitor and attendee needs, as well as an excellent hotel with great amenities at a very special cost for participants. The ALTI-Expo and Conference is again promoted just before InfoComm to make one trip to Orlando most productive.
ALTI-Expo and Conference 2023 takes place on a Sunday and Monday, June 11 & 12, 2023. This allows plenty of time for exhibitors to setup the displays on Saturday, June 10, allowing them to join the traditional CEO's reception at 5pm to 7PM, where registered participants are also welcome. Exhibits are open from 9am to 6pm on Sunday, June 11 and from 9am to 5pm on Monday, June 12. Breakfast and lunch are served both days and are included for exhibitors and participants.
During two full days, the ALTI-Expo and Conference offers intense opportunities for networking and business with the best in our industry. Many career moves have started at this event, many students have had their first professional connections established at the ALTI Association annual event. And more importantly, many new products and industry innovations were presented here, long before any other industry event - it's a great place to receive informed opinions from peers, before anything else.
ALTI Association also promotes its Incubator program, allowing new companies and technologies to receive a spotlight at the ALTI-Expo and Conference. Incubator companies receive a showcase at the ALTI-Expo and Conference with a standard 10' x 8' booth, a full year ALTI Membership, special reference in the Program guide. And thanks to the event's Sponsors, the Speaker Builders Workshop takes place with NO additional charge for ALTI Members, allowing many of the participant students a unique hands-on experience, mentored by the best in the industry.

Among the keynotes for ALTI-Expo and Conference 2023, Dr. Sean Olive (Senior Acoustic Research Fellow at Harman International) will be addressing the all important headphone segment and the need for personalization in a presentation titled "A Comparison of Headphone Measurements Made on Humans Versus Test Fixtures." And Andrew Bellavia of AuraFuturity will hold a seminar on Branding and why it is a vital component of products, companies and people. And this year, the ALTI Association joined forces with the Audio Product Development Alliance (APDA) to promote a three day education symposium during the ALTI-Expo and Conference, June 11 - 13, 2023. Three days to improve knowledge and skills in the development of audio products, from concept to delivery.
With a very strong schedule of sessions, presentations and workshops, the APDA-ALTI Education Symposium 2023 covers Sourcing and Supply Chain topics on the first day, followed by a full day focused on the Modeling and Measurement experience, and extending into a education-only third day centered around Voice and DSP on June 13. This year, ALTI Expo is extended to offer a special Day 3 event focusing on embedded audio tech for conferencing. The DSP Concepts team will be presenting how to overcome the challenges on developing high-quality conferencing products and advanced DSP training. After ALTI Expo, come spend the day with Paul Beckmann and the DSP Concepts technical team to learn about the latest development techniques, learn from the latest product development cases with live demos, and an opportunity for advanced training on Audio Weaver.
