Audio Foundry, the collaborative automotive audio technology platform, announced Bluacs as its newest member. The leading speaker research company from Australia is widely recognized in the industry for its Fresh Air Speaker technology, applicable to woofer and subwoofer designs that leverage the full car cabin volume. One of the most unexpected booths at NAMM 2025 was undoubtedly that of Flow DSP, the Integrated Development Environment for Audio that was created by Tymphany and is now becoming a separate business unit. Flow DSP has recently joined the Qualcomm Voice & Music Extension Program to help deliver innovative DSP and AI solutions for the audio industry running on Snapdragon Sound platforms. The Flow DSP team also announced an exciting integration with Elk Audio, creating an embedded Linux platform that runs VSTs with 2ms latency.

The Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits (IIS), headquartered in Erlangen, Germany, and Tymphany have partnered to provide state-of-the-art spatial audio solutions to audio manufacturers. The two companies have worked together to integrate Fraunhofer's audio processing suites and audio technologies into Flow DSP, Tymphany's own DSP platform and design framework which allows creating immersive audio features in new audio products.

Tymphany and Exeger To Launch Self-Powered Speaker at CES 2024

Exeger, the manufacturer of Powerfoyle energy-harvesting technology, announced a partnership with Tymphany, the manufacturer of audio systems, acoustic modules and drivers and one of the largest OEM/ODMs in the audio industry, to produce a self-powered speaker which will be unveiled at CES 2024. Tymphany's Hybrid-life Green Speaker, under development, will be powered by Exeger's patented solar cell technology, which converts all forms of light into electricity.
