Apple Announces Beats Studio Buds+ Wireless Earbuds

From time to time, Apple reminds us that it owns another band called Beats, where products don't necessarily suffer the scrutiny endured by all the Cupertino products, allowing it to innovate and surprise when we least expect it. Beats announced the new Studio Buds+, expanding the Studio Buds lineup with enhanced features for both iOS and Android users, featuring better sound, upgraded Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency modes, IPX4 sweat and water resistance and up to 36-hours of battery life.

As predicted, Apple announced the next generation of AirPods during a streamed event (October 18). The new model ($179) was improved in every front and promised to be available in just a few days, which was probably the biggest surprise. Apple also announced new colors for its HomePod Mini smart speakers, while it waits for the Matter home standard to be released. And announced a strange Voice Only Apple Music subscription plan, including countries that don’t speak English.

Belkin announced the SoundForm Freedom true wireless earbuds, one of the first ever accessories to work with Apple's new Find My network, feature - until now exclusively available on Apple devices. On the same week Apple debuted the feature that allows third-party devices to be tracked through the app on iPhones, iPads, and Macs, some of the first companies to take advantage of the feature include Belkin, VanMoof (electrical bikes), and Chipolo (tracking tags). The new SoundForm Freedom TWS earbuds will be launched in June 2021 for $99 US.
