Sonos has recently introduced its Sonos Voice Control feature to its French listeners through an update of the Sonos application enabling Sonos Voice Control in the French language, in France. Available since June in US English, Sonos Voice Control allows users to control a Sonos speaker or Sonos multiroom music system using only voice commands. Implemented on-device for privacy reasons, Sonos Voice Control delivers hands-free control "de la musique. Maintenant en français."

The AK7749 is a RAM based, highly integrated, programmable digital signal processor, with 4 channel ADCs, 2 channel DACs, a MIC gain amplifier, a line-out amplifier, 4 channel SRCs, and digital audio I/F, all in a space saving small 48-pin QFN package.
