Audio Engineering Society to Host 57th International Conference on the Future of Audio Entertainment Technology

With the participation of industry partner SMPTE – the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers – the 57th AES Conference will take place in Hollywood and it will focus on the Future of Audio Entertainment Technology. The conference will explore the latest issues facing audio professionals today in regards to cinema, television, online content and more, and is being co-chaired by Brian McCarty and Dr. Sean Olive.

Mike Stock, senior audio mixer for the Conan O’Brien show, depends on Danish Professional Audio (DPA) Microphones’ d:screet 4061 Omnidirectional Miniature Microphones which he uses on O’Brien, his sidekick Andy Richter and their guests, to overcome the sound challenges on set.
