SnapAV Acquires Control4 to Create Merged Smart Integration Solutions Business

SnapAV, a leading manufacturer and supplier of A/V, surveillance, networking and remote management products for professional integrators, announced the acquisition of Control4 Corporation, a leading global provider of smart home solutions. The two companies entered into a definitive merger agreement whereby SnapAV will acquire Control4 in an all-cash transaction for $23.91 per share in cash, representing an aggregate value of approximately $680 million. The acquisition is expected to close in the second half of 2019.

CEDAR Trinity allows continuous recording and monitoring with real time audio enhancing of up to eight channels of audio. With multiple CEDAR Trinity Satellite systems connected to any CEDAR Trinity host, multiple users can monitor and record live feeds for days, weeks, months or even years.
