Fulcrum Acoustic Unveils the World's First Cardioid Coaxial Stage Monitor

Fulcrum Acoustic has launched its latest innovative product: the FW15 15-inch Coaxial Cardioid Stage Monitor. The FW15 is the world's first cardioid stage monitor incorporating Fulcrum Acoustic's patented Passive Cardioid Technology. This proprietary technology enables tour-grade, low-profile FW15 stage monitors to attenuate rear low frequency radiation which interferes with the audience, stage microphones and front fills.

Fulcrum Acoustic has announced the new CCX12 12-Inch Subcardioid Coaxial Loudspeaker range. Joining the CCX1295 (90° x 45°) model, announced last summer, the innovative coaxial product line now features a full range of horn patterns allowing coverage to be tailored for a wide range of applications. New models include the CCX1265 (60° x 45°), CCX1277 (75° x 75°), CCX1200 (100° x 100°) and CCX1226 (120° x 60°).

Fulcrum Acoustic consistently delivers high-performance professional loudspeaker technologies and InfoComm 2016 was another opportunity for the company to demonstrate new designs. This time, David Gunness and team have introduced the CS118 Subcardioid Subwoofer module. The C118 incorporates Fulcrum’s patent-pending Passive Cardioid Technology to effectively reduce excessive rear LF radiation without requiring additional amplifier channels or additional transducers to control low frequencies.

Creators of high-performance professional loudspeaker technologies, Fulcrum Acoustic have introduced the FLS115 Subcardioid Subwoofer. A powerful complement to its companion FL283 Subcardioid Line Array, the FLS115 is ideal for the most demanding venues, including performing arts centers, houses of worship, sporting facilities, and nightclubs.

At InfoComm 2015, Fulcrum Acoustic launched an important addition to the company’s rapidly expanding product line, the FL283 line array module. This new line array design from David Gunness features a passive cardioid configuration to counteract low frequency radiation from the rear of the array.
