Harro Heinz Retires and Appoints CFO Monika Smetona as Renkus-Heinz President

Having successfully navigated the challenges of the past two years and now riding strong sales and business development momentum, Renkus-Heinz is organizing for the next wave of growth with the appointment of Monika Smetona to the role of President. Currently serving as CFO of the privately held loudspeaker manufacturer and a member of the founding Heinz family, Monika will rely on Ralph Heinz, CTO, to lead the company into the future.

California-based loudspeaker manufacturer Renkus-Heinz continues undeterred in its effort to lead the industry towards networked, digitally steerable, and fully integrated Reference Point Array sound reinforcement systems. The company now announced two new products in its latest Iconyx Compact Series: the Iconyx Compact 36/3-RN and the 48/3-RN. The two tallest solutions bring the benefits of the Iconyx family into an impressively compact and architecturally friendly package.

Renkus-Heinz announced the appointment of Matt Czyzewski to the position of president, effective May 2019. The company, headquartered in Foothill Ranch, California, is a reference in the design & manufacture of digitally steerable arrays, powered & non-powered loudspeakers, fully integrated Reference Point Array systems. Renkus-Heinz, has been searching for the right match to fulfill the position in a process lead by Harro Heinz, the company’s founder and CEO.
