Røde Releases the Wireless ME Wireless Microphone and Free iOS Video App Røde Capture for Creators

Røde has expanded its industry-leading range of wireless microphones with the Wireless ME. Together with a free iOS video app, the Wireless ME creates an additional entry level solution for content creators. The new ultra-compact wireless microphone system shares the same form factor of the Wireless GO and GO II, creating a simpler to use option with less features, while adding automatic gain control and a mic on the receiver.

Following an earlier unveil at Prolight+Sound 2022, Microtech Gefell GmbH has now launched the new M 330 condenser microphone, extending its proven M 300 "pencil-type" small-diaphragm condenser microphone series. The new M 330 is a wide-cardioid and expands the range of applications in challenging situations, being particularly suitable for vocal and instrumental recordings in both mono and stereo applications.

Many years in the making, the project is meant as the ultimate tool for recording professionals. Now, even without the opportunity to present it at the NAMM Show 2022, the Austrian microphone innovator officially launched its new LCT 1040 microphone system that lets users adapt sound to any vocalist, instrument or sound source with an easy workflow. The microphone itself is a unique tube/FET design and 1" condenser capsule that is connected to a power supply and detachable remote-control unit where users can select polar patterns but also much more.

German company Microtech Gefell, founded in 1928 by Georg Neumann, offers one of the most complete catalogs of measurement microphones - a completely eco-system for every audio testing need. Once in a while they remember to let us know that new models are being added. This year, the company announced the MMS 212, a rugged measurement microphone combo for harsh environments and the MMS 214 model for very low sound pressure levels. Additionally, the company is now shipping the new MV 240, a measurement microphone preamplifier with an analog-to-digital converter.

Blue Microphone announced the availability of Hummingbird, the small-diaphragm condenser microphone with an adjustable pivoting head, which the company introduced at the 2015 NAMM Show. A versatile recording tool, Hummingbird uses a precisely tuned diaphragm, based on Blue’s B1 capsule, allowing ultra-fast transient response and high-SPL handling.
