Ascendo Immersive Audio will debut The10 Passive LED Phantom Voice speaker during CEDIA Expo 2024. This versatile new speaker was created to meet the growing demand for high-quality sound in shallow and narrow spaces, making it a perfect companion for LED cinema screens from leading brands like LG, Samsung, Quantum Media Systems, Christie, Barco, and others, as well as non-perforated or near-field projection screens.

MeldaProduction, a music production and audio processing software company from the Czech Republic, announced a plugin called MCenter, which is able to find true mid-side balance or do a full stage manipulation of the stereo signal while detecting the elusive ‘phantom center’ by employing a complex spectral algorithm. This powerful plugin enables effective control over stereo qualities, going beyond traditional mid-side processing by offering advanced frequency analysis.
