Audio-Technica AT-UMX3: A USB Microphone Extension, Hi-Res Converter, and Audio Mixer

Audio-Technica is now shipping its new AT-UMX3 livestreaming USB audio mixer, the first such product for the brand. Known primarily as an innovator in transducer technology for over 60 years (a category that encapsulates microphone membranes but also the pickup in a phono cartridge that converts mechanical vibrations from a stylus into an electrical signal), this first USB audio mixer represents a logical extension for Audio-Technica’s growing portfolio of streaming, podcasting, and home studio products.

Once again Shure is leveraging its own well-established microphone portfolio to create a new product that meets the expectations and requirements of modern content production. The new Shure MV7+ dynamic microphone is a hybrid XLR/USB-C design that features a built-in MOTIV Mix Interface, simplifying all podcasting and live streaming applications without compromises on audio quality. An established Shure dynamic microphone capsule is enhanced by the latest DSP embedded power and control software.

Røde has launched a limited-edition range of white products featuring its recent RødeCaster Duo podcast console, the best-selling PodMic microphone, PSA1+ studio arm, and NTH-100 headphones, in bundles and individual products. The exclusive White Collection, which also includes the popular RødeCaster Pro II mixer and interface, marks the first time these products have been released in custom colors, giving creators the opportunity to brighten up their setup.
