Shure Unveils Model 5575LE Unidyne Limited Edition Microphone

In celebration of Shure’s Unidyne microphone 75th anniversary of the world’s first single element unidirectional dynamic microphone and because the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) presented Shure with the prestigious Milestone Award for the Unidyne technology, the company released a new 5575LE Unidyne Limited Edition model.

Ultimate Ears announced the newest addition to its limited edition lineup of award-winning UE BOOM speakers with the custom designed Skrillex Edition UE BOOM. Featuring Skrillex own hand-drawn images covering the acoustic skin, the collaboration with the six-time GRAMMY Award winning electronic dance music producer is now the fourth limited edition design in the awarded UE BOOM wireless speaker range.

Audix Corporation has unveiled a special limited edition D6 microphone to mark the company’s 30 year anniversary. The Audix D6 was first introduced to the music industry in 2005 and is considered one of the most influential kick drum mics ever made. This special edition D6 microphone features a limited edition finish. Only 750 have been produced, all look different and are numbered and serialized.
