Bose Corporation Acquires McIntosh Group Luxury Audio Business

Bose Corporation announced the acquisition of McIntosh Group, the parent company of renowned high-performance and luxury audio brands that include McIntosh and Sonus faber. McIntosh Group manufactures ultra-high end amplifiers, speakers, turntables and other audio products, significantly expanding Bose’s portfolio. The combined forces of Bose and McIntosh Group also opens new opportunities in the automotive sector.

Sonus faber announced its latest collaboration with Lamborghini, equipping the new Temerario, with an exclusive High Premium Sound System. The Italian sound artisans and the superluxury automotive brand come together once again to bring the art of the most natural acoustic reproduction to the brand-new vehicle. The sounds of the Temerario's powerful hybrid engine are seamlessly complemented by the Sonus faber immersive audio environment, guaranteeing an emotive and luxurious experience.

Sonus faber and Lamborghini announced their first-ever collaboration to equip the latest Lamborghini Revuelto with an exclusive Sonus faber audio system. Merging best-in-class technology and design, the project embodies Italian luxury and was born out of the joint efforts of Sonus faber’s R&D and Design department – headed by Livio Cucuzza – and Lamborghini’s team.
