Bang & Olufsen Resurrects Beogram 4000c Turntable

We know vinyl is trending and that turntable options are expanding in every price segment. But after the return of some "ghosts" from the distant past (in electronics, basically everything before the eighties), Bang & Olufsen now tops the list of "resurrections" with the rebirth of its Beogram 4000c Recreated Limited Edition. Bang & Olufsen says it's the return of an icon, "reimagined for contemporary homes," and the start of a new approach for the Danish brand.

For more than 30 years, the Sennheiser HD 25 headphones have been the professionals' choice for monitoring, field recording and DJing - as well as the favorite "light" headphones for many music enthusiasts. Now Sennheiser is launching an all-new HD 25 LIGHT model, which for the first time combines the sound signature of the original on-ear with a simpler headband design. By offering the same sought-after sound performance as the iconic classic, the new model provides an attractive entry into the HD 25 world.

The signs were there. In 2016, JBL announced the release of the 4312SE 70th Anniversary Studio Monitor model. Now, Harman International announced the introduction of the JBL L100 Classic, a modern take on the all-time best-selling JBL L100 loudspeaker. As with the legendary L100 3-way bookshelf loudspeaker released in 1970, the new L100 Classic is in itself a consumer version of the popular JBL 4310 Pro Studio Monitor with updated drivers and crossovers, and a slightly different driver alignment.
