Celestion Debuts High Performance PowerProX18 Subwoofer

Celestion is expanding its range of professional audio drivers for sound reinforcement applications with the debut of the 18-inch PowerProX18 subwoofer. The new model features advanced voice coil cooling to boost reliability and reduce power compression, enabling high performance over extended periods of peak delivery, as required in applications including cinema sound, fixed install and touring sound reinforcement. The new PowerProX18 will be on display at NAMM 2023, alongside a range of new key PA products from Celestion.

Ascendo Immersive Audio has introduced four versions of its much-anticipated CCRM15 speaker system, now available in passive and powered active models and with Titanium or Beryllium drivers. The 15" point-source axi-symmetric speaker has been designed as a screen channel for large theaters as left, center and right channels or can be used for very large theaters as a surround bed speaker. The CCRM15 Beryllium is now the top performing coaxial model from Ascendo.
