Grado Introduces New X Driver and Updated Prestige Series Headphones
Grado Labs, the headphone and phono cartridge manufacturing shop founded in 1953 - still family owned, and operating out of the same Brooklyn building where they started - just recently announced a major renovation of its headphone range with the updated Prestige Series. All the five models in that series are now marked with an X, to signal the presence of the 4th generation of Grado headphone drivers, named "X Drivers." And each of the new Prestige Series headphones is also built with a new cable and new headband.
