NAB Show New York to Include AI Creative Summit

The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) and Future Media Conferences (FMC), with sponsorship by Dell Technologies, have joined forces to promote the first AI Creative Summit. This series of training events is set to teach and empower the creative industry by demonstrating how artificial intelligence (AI) tools can amplify and streamline creative workflows. First event will be online, followed by in-person activities at NAB Show New York, October 24-25.

Dolphin Design, a semiconductor designer of power management, audio, and processing devices with in-house ASIC design services, announced the launch of WhisperExtractor, a mixed-signal technology for voice and audio-enabled SoCs, enabling voice and sound classification at a record µW level power budget. The new technology paves the way to breakthrough always-on voice user interface, real time speech-to-text, and always-on sound detection.

Renesas Electronics, a leading supplier of advanced semiconductor solutions, and SiFive, specialized in RISC-V processors and silicon solutions, announced a strategic partnership to jointly develop next-generation, high-end RISC-V solutions for automotive applications. The partnership will also include SiFive licensing the use of their RISC-V core IP portfolio to Renesas.
