NFC Forum Publishes 2017 Technical Specification Release

The NFC Forum announced the completion, publication and availability of its 2017 Technical Specification Release with specifications that will impact global mobile device interoperability, public transport applications and NFC tag use for consumers and businesses. The 21 specifications in the release feature the latest and greatest NFC technology and usability upgrades.

Nugen Audio announced that its Loudness Management Batch (LMB) Processor has received certification by the Advanced Media Workflow Association (AMWA) as an AS-11 DPP-compliant product. Nugen’s LMB Processor demonstrated compliance with the new standard for MXF contribution of loudness-compliant audio.
