In 2011, French speaker manufacturer Focal and British audio electronics brand Naim announced that they were to merge to create a new European company in the hi-fidelity audio sector. Three years later, in 2014, the brands cemented their union by joining the VerVent Audio Group, through which they would continue to evolve and respond to the challenges of a constantly changing market.
