The ring magnet, combined with a copper-clad aluminum voice coil, reduces the weight of the membrane and the voice coil connected to it, allowing the membrane to move or change direction faster, providing a more responsive impulse reaction. For these new gaming and business solutions, Austrian Audio added all-metal headband and hinges for maximum durability, in a foldable construction with detachable cable for easy storage. Both models benefit from the large soft memory foam earpads to keep users comfortable during the longest sessions. The earpads are made of special "slow retention" memory foam.
