
Tectonic Elements BMR Speakers Selected for New Car Concept and Flat-Panel TVs

The BMR speakers have been selected to provide headrest audio for the Citroën Aircross concept car and a new range of flat panel TV’s, from Lucida Technology USA.

Optocore Introduces Advanced MADI Switches with Bridging and Routing Options
Having already made a major commitment to the MADI standard (AES10), Optocore announced a significant extension at the 2015 Prolight+Sound show in Frankfurt. Propellerhead Software announced the release of Take 2.0, the greatly anticipated update to their creative free vocal recorder. The update includes a new Voice Tune effect, applying effects on each channel and mixing the final sound with mastering presets. Whatever the use, it’s a great free recording app for the iPhone.

German audio meter and monitoring specialist RTW was busy attending both the NAB 2015 and Prolight+Sound 2015 shows in the same week. In both shows, RTW introduced its new Mastering Tools Plug-In with extensive analysis and display functions, as well as the new TM3-Primus USB TouchMonitor.

PreSonus Studio 192 Audio Interface Doubles as Studio Command Center
PreSonus launched its new Studio 192 USB 3.0 Audio Interface and Studio Command Center. This new 26 x 32 interface records at up to 192 kHz and combines eight digitally controlled XMAX Class A solid-state mic preamps and premium Burr-Brown converters with the company’s StudioLive Fat Channel signal processing.
