Tessera to Acquire DTS, Inc
Imaging and semiconductor technologies company Tessera Technologies, announced the intention to acquire DTS, Inc, effectively resulting in the merger of the two companies. The surprising announcement states that the established audio solutions provider has entered into a definitive agreement under which Tessera will acquire DTS for $42.50 per share. The all-cash transaction is valued at approximately $850 million.

At this year’s IBC 2016, BroaMan/Optocore found the perfect platform from which to springboard its new Route66 family of routers. B&C Speakers is now shipping its new MBX Series. The new MBX series of mid-bass woofers is available in 6.5-inch, 8-inch, and 10-inch frame sizes.
