Following the return of trade shows in 2022, the lid has been lifted on a whole host of innovations in the pro audio space, and among them Holoplot has emerged as a standout with its X1 Matrix Array sound system. Dalbjorn brings 30 years of pro audio experience to his new position, following his key roles as product manager at Powersoft, and 24 years with Lab.gruppen.

This is the first commercially available wavefield synthesis solution specifically built for large conferences, concerts, venues, theme parks, immersive installations and similar applications requiring high-impact, innovative 3D professional audio technology.

German audio technology pioneer Holoplot reported another successful demonstration of wave field synthesis technology at the Prolight+Sound 2019 show, with examples of its groundbreaking "more than beamforming" conferencing and retail-oriented ORION Series solution. Along with extensive showcases of its current products, the company was an enthusiastic participant in the event's education program, with Head of Applications Emad El-Saghir giving two well-received presentations.
