OPPO Releases PM-3 Closed-Back Planar Magnetic Headphones

On the heels of rolling out its HA-2 portable headphone amplifier, as promised, OPPO Digital released the PM-3 Closed-Back Planar Magnetic Headphones. The OPPO PM-3 combines true audiophile performance, elegant styling, noise isolation and portability into a pair of sleek lightweight planar magnetic headphones.

OPPO Digital keeps bringing positive surprises since they have launched their flagship PM-1 Planar Magnetic headphones and companion high-end headphone amplifier, the HA-1. Now OPPO announces the launching of the HA-2 portable hi-res headphone amplifier and DAC, also previewing its new PM-3 affordable Planar headphones.

Offering closed-back performance and open-back sound for monitoring, mixing and mastering, AKG introduced at the 2015 NAMM Show its K553 PRO closed-back studio headphones. Available only in the USA, the K553 PRO’s provides an optimal balance of noise-isolating qualities of closed-back headphones and the spacious, multi-dimensional sound of an open-back design.
