Combining the best technology available for wireless headphones, Beyerdynamic launched the company’s second generation neckband in-earphones, designed for flexibility seekers. The Blue BYRD ANC marries sound quality with the possibility to use and remove the phones anytime, and keep the flow going on calls or during free time. The neckband design with is flexible collar structure enables a larger battery and better Bluetooth antennas, combining the best of wireless connectivity without the need to carry charging cases.
And although users will still have wires pending from the ears, the price is way more affordable than equivalent premium ANC TWS earbuds. Plus, Beyerdynamic implemented the most recent technologies found today in true wireless, including an advanced hybrid ANC and Transparency Mode that goes up against even the best TWS options. Perfect for work and leisure, with a push of a button, the Blue BYRD ANC earphones can block out unwanted noise from streets, commutes or coffee shops.
And the in-earphones use a large dynamic driver with extended frequency response, with an ergonomically flat shape, which combined with ear tips in various sizes, guarantees long-lasting wearing comfort on-the-go or at home.
The Bluetooth 5.2 radio module includes the latest Qualcomm aptX Adaptive, AAC, and Qualcomm cVc to ensure precise audio playback and speech reproduction, providing a high-resolution sound experience from all source devices. It also features the latest connectivity with MFi certification, Amazon's Alexa Built-In, Google Fast Pair and Siri.
Complemented by the MIY app, the Blue BYRD ANC earphones include extra features like Bluetooth over-the-air updates and built-in Amazon Alexa voice assistant. With a simple hearing test directly in the MIY app, users can customize the sound to their own individual hearing thanks to MOSAYC - Attention to Detail with Mimi Sound Personalization. The unique MOSAYC - Attention to Detail with Mimi Sound Personalization compensates for any level of hearing loss and adjusts the response precisely to the user hearing ability.
Now available for $149, the Blue BYRD ANC package includes 5 pairs of ear tips, a carry case for traveling, a USB-C cable and a Quick Start Guide. The USB cable allows using the earphones in wired mode. The design is also IPX4 certified and splash-resistant, making it well-prepared for workout sessions or a rainy commute to work.
