The MegaSig U980 Bluetooth v4.0/4.2 wireless converter is just one of the many great value products available from the Chinese manufacturer and this model is equipped with an analog and USB audio interface, supporting stand-alone and Windows Bluetooth applications. This solution supports fast pairing by address, offers automated pairing for production line testing and supports all SBC, aptX, aptX Low Latency, aptX HD, CVSD, and mSBC codecs. With this set of features, Bluetooth audio devices such as portable speakers, wireless headphones, and true wireless earbuds can be reliably tested with a fully integrated solution in both QC & R&D contexts.
The External Devices (EXD) Bluetooth software integration - allowing integration of 3rd party control and measurement instruments - provides fast, automatic, name- or address-based pairing as well as broad codec support in both A2DP (SBC, aptX, aptX HD & LL) and HFP (CVSD, mSBC) audio profiles.
When special testing applications or complex integrated tests of audio systems require controlling and obtaining data from stand-alone instrumentation equipment such as digital multimeters, programmable power supplies or switching devices, the External Devices (EXD) optional module for the Klippel QC Framework extends the capabilities of the QC System by providing a communication interface for GPIB compliant devices.
