An updated edition of the existing Stage Board, the New IsoAcoustics Stage 1 Board ($99.99) comes with Stage 1 isolators integrated (previously, buyers would have to purchase the board and isolators separately). The New Stage 1 Board provides a ready-to-go and easily portable isolation platform for guitar/bass combo amps, keyboard amps, stage monitors and subwoofers.
With their patented isolation design, the four integrated Stage 1 isolators ensure the Board reduces resonance through support surfaces (i.e. the floor or stage) as well as internal reflections from returning back up the speaker or amp cabinet. The New Stage 1 Board is supplied with grip-tape and measures 25” x 10” x 1.85” (63.5cm x 25.4cm x 4.7cm) in size.
The board can accommodate a speaker or amp up to 100lbs (45kg) in weight, minimizing the vibrational variables of the stage environment and ensuring the performer’s sound remains consistent night after night, as well as adding extra clarity and bass punch.
Iso-Puck 76
The latest addition to IsoAcoustics’ popular Iso-Puck isolator series, the Iso-Puck 76 ($79.99 per pack of two) is the largest model in the range so far – designed for heavier studio monitors, speakers and subwoofers.
Boasting IsoAcoustics’ patented sound isolation, Iso-Puck isolators are designed to sit between the piece of audio equipment and its supporting surface. An upper flange suction cup adheres to the underside of the equipment, while the lower isolator anchors to the supporting surface. The arrangement decouples the speaker, amp or sub from the supporting surface, dampening resonance and improving audio clarity, stereo imaging and focus.
The Iso-Puck 76 has a weight capacity of 40 lbs (18kg) per isolator. Three or more Iso-Puck 76 isolators can be used depending on the weight that they are supporting. Each Iso-Puck 76 measures 3” wide x 1.5” high (76mm x 37mm), making them portable and convenient despite their high weight limits.
