Coastal Source Appoints Ravi Raghunandan as Chief Operating Officer

Strengthening its senior leadership team during a period of rapid growth and expansion, Coastal Source, the leading manufacturer and marketer of high performance outdoor audio and lighting solutions has named Ravi Raghunandan Chief Operating Officer. Raghunandan assumes responsibility for managing and overseeing areas such as Customer Experience/Technical Support, Supply Chain, Production & Warehouse, and Human Resources.

Raghunandan is a dedicated operations director who is adept at utilizing best industry practices and proven methods to streamline operations and enhance productivity successfully. He is equipped with the skills of process optimization and is an expert at building management teams that ensure high standards of quality in operations and service.

Prior to joining Coastal Source, Raghunandan served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Kenrose Perfumery, where he led a company-wide transformation that improved operational efficiency by 40% to accommodate growth and accelerated operations to drive strategic growth with a 48% increase in revenue.

Prior to this, he served as Senior Director of Operations at Twisted Throttle and Senior Director of Operations at DENALI Electronics. He holds a Credential of Leadership, Impact, and Management (CLIMB) from Harvard Business School Online; a Green Belt in Lead Management from Villanova University; and a bachelor’s degree in operations management and supervision from Southern New Hampshire University.
