Sensaphonics, a company devoted to hearing health in in-ear monitors, has published a study showing the broadband isolation achieved with its proprietary soft-silicone earpieces, with broadband attenuation averaging 34 dB. According to Sensaphonics, this distinguishes the company's products and challenges other IEM manufacturers to document isolation, the most important factor to consider when comparing IEMs.
