During InfoComm 2019, Martin Audio announced WPS, the fourth in the company’s best-selling series of optimised line arrays, Wavefront Precision. WPS is a passive 3-way, high density, very compact enclosure. It features 2x 8” LF drivers, 4x 4” midrange drivers and 4x 1” exit HF compression drivers loaded by a moulded HF horn which occupies the full width of the enclosure — defining the 100° horizontal constant directivity coverage pattern of both the HF and midrange sections.

Knowles announced that it has developed a new hands-free reference solution to enable OEMs and ODMs to build headphones, headsets and wireless earbuds that allow users to talk directly to Alexa. The new AISonic SmartMic Headset Development Kit for Amazon AVS supports Alexa with the lowest power voice activation, eliminating the need for Push-to-Talk activation. Yamaha Adopts Audinate’s Dante AV Technology
Yamaha Corporation has adopted Audinate's Dante AV Product Design suite for integrated AV over IP audio/video technology, and has begun the development of a new suite of products targeted at the Pro AV market. Based on Audinate’s recently-announced Dante AV technology, initial Yamaha AV products will centre around applications requiring the need to breakout and distribute audio and video signals, while maintaining tight synchronisation throughout the facility or venue.
