Philips Announces New Active Noise Cancellation Wireless Headphone Range

Sound quality, superior active noise cancellation (ANC) performance and excellent passive isolation are the key focus for the new three-model premium-performance ANC headphone range from Philips TV & Sound. The 2020 range will include two high-performance true wireless (TWS) in-ear earbuds and an over-ear ANC headphone. The T8505 & T5505 true wireless models will be available in October, and the H9505 over-ear model to be available in November 2020.

The race to lead the true wireless earbud market category is heating up, with the major brands introducing updated specifications and focusing on key selling points. The whole market recognizes that Apple has a clear lead due to its tight hardware integration and dedicated wireless chip, already in its second-generation. Now Sony enters the market with the new and improved WF-1000XM3 model - $229.99 - featuring also its own HD Noise-Canceling Processor QN1e processor, new Bluetooth chip and optimized antenna design.
