Optoma Launches NuForce BE Free5 True Wireless Earbuds

Optoma launched the Optoma NuForce BE Free5, its latest generation of true wireless stereo earbuds, focusing on quality sound, improved comfort and reliability. On the heels of introducing the popular Optoma NuForce BE Free8 first generation true wireless earphones in 2017, Optoma now leveraged Qualcomm's latest technology to produce a smaller, ergonomic design. At only $99, the Optoma NuForce BE Free5 break the price barrier for truly wireless earphones, featuring dynamic graphene-coated drivers.

Qualcomm was an early pioneer in the concept of true wireless stereo a technology that is designed to completely eliminate the need for wires, not only between the media source and the headphones, but also between the left and right earbuds, offering users a wire-free stereo audio experience and supporting new use cases like hearables. Now Qualcomm announced enhancements to its Qualcomm TrueWireless Stereo technology.

At CES 2018, Qualcomm introduced the new Qualcomm Low Power Bluetooth SoC QCC5100 series that is designed to help manufacturers develop a new generation of compact, feature-rich, wireless earbuds, hearables and headsets. The new low power, feature-rich Bluetooth solution includes support for voice assistant services, Qualcomm TrueWireless Stereo, Qualcomm aptX HD audio and integrated hybrid ANC.
