B&C Speakers Introduces New MBX Woofer Series

B&C Speakers has just introduced its new MBX series of mid-bass woofers, available in 6-inch, 8-inch, and 10-inch frame sizes. Designed as a solution for two way systems and multi-driver applications, according to the Italian manufacturer, the new MBX woofers offer a balance between low and mid frequency reproduction, with high sensitivity for reduced amplifier current requirements. All woofers feature a neodymium ring magnet, copper-clad aluminum voice coil wire, ventilated voice coil gap, and an aluminum demodulation ring.

French speaker manufacturer Focal announced the company’s new line of outdoor speakers are now available in the US for the first time. The Custom OD 108 and OD 108-T and Chorus OD 706-V and OD 706-VT feature high-quality components to create an aural experience in open air outdoor environments. Now available in US in time for Summer season.

Thanks to Peavey’s Architectural Acoustics Elements weatherproof loudspeakers, gone are the days of hanging so-called enclosures outside only to replace the speaker in a year or two. The new Element series loudspeakers were one of the many highlights from Peavey at the InfoComm 2014 in Las Vegas.
