New High-Quality Heavy-Duty Neodymium High-Frequency Drivers from MAG Audio

MAG Audio, the professional transducer and speaker systems manufacturer from Ukraine, introduced a new line of lightweight high-performance HF compression drivers. Following the introduction of the new N7000 series at trade shows, including Prolight+Sound 2016 in Frankfurt, MAG Audio now confirms availability of all three 2.8” aluminum voice coil titanium dome based models, with 1.4” , 1.5” and 2” throat diameters for different horn designs.

B&C Speakers has just introduced its new MBX series of mid-bass woofers, available in 6-inch, 8-inch, and 10-inch frame sizes. Designed as a solution for two way systems and multi-driver applications, according to the Italian manufacturer, the new MBX woofers offer a balance between low and mid frequency reproduction, with high sensitivity for reduced amplifier current requirements. All woofers feature a neodymium ring magnet, copper-clad aluminum voice coil wire, ventilated voice coil gap, and an aluminum demodulation ring.

Reinforcing its pro audio solutions portfolio, Celestion introduced two new ferrite magnet compression drivers at NAMM 2016. The CDX20-3020 is a new 2-inch exit compression driver with a high-performance titanium diaphragm, while the new CDX1-1070 is a 1-inch exit ferrite magnet compression driver purpose-built for compact two-way systems.
