The COMSOL Conference 2020 North America is happening online this year! The annual conference moved to an online format in order to better accommodate the uncertainty in travel and in-person meetings. Program highlights still include keynote talks, presentations, and panel discussions featuring speakers across all fields of engineering, apart from the traditional news announcements. There will still be Interactive Tech Café sessions on modeling topics, featuring questions from users, and lecture-based mini-courses for both new and experienced users.

QSC announced it is now shipping the AD-P.HALO, an integrated SUB/SAT pendant loudspeaker system, and the AC-C2T-LP, a low-profile ceiling-mount full range loudspeaker. Both models are designed to simplify installation for background music and voice-reinforced environments. Meanwhile, the Costa Mesa, CA company also launched its QSC@Home initiative, a comprehensive online resource dedicated to online training, certification and entertainment.

Dynaudio Opens New North American Headquarters and Experience Center

Danish loudspeaker legend Dynaudio celebrated the grand opening of its new headquarters for North and South American operations with its Annual Rep Summit, held Aug. 21-22, in the Chicago suburb of Northbrook, Illinois. The 25,000-square-foot facility is dedicated largely to the new Dynaudio Experience Center, which will be utilized for product demonstrations and dealer and sales rep training sessions, as well as housing a larger warehouse to support product demand in the region.
