Theory Professional Makes Official Debut at ISE 2025

From Orange County, CA to Barcelona, Theory Professional will make its official debut on the show floor at ISE 2025, with plans to demonstrate its high performance loudspeakers, subwoofers, and loudspeaker controllers. Visitors to the show will be able to find the latest DLC loudspeaker controllers with AES67 audio-over-IP connectivity, and the full family of Surface, In-Wall, In-Ceiling, Pendants and Soundbars. The company founded by Paul Hales is co-exhibiting with Jupiter Systems at stand 3N620.

Theory Professional announced an all new DLC distributed loudspeaker controller platform. The three new models - DLC-250.4d, DLC-1500.4d, and DLC-250.8 - are ideal for residential or commercial installations, and offer between 4 and 8 channels of intelligent power, full DSP matrix, TCP/IP control through a wired connection, or directly via its on-board Wi-Fi access point. The DLC-250.4d and DLC-1500.4d models add Dante network audio and AES67 audio-over-IP compatibility.

Theory Professional is making its official debut into the commercial audio market at InfoComm 2023 in Orlando, Florida. Exhibiting in booth 4989 and Audio Demo Room W223A, June 13 – 16, 2023, Theory Professional (Theory) is the new brand created by the Orange County-based company, already established with the Theory Audio Design brand of audio products for the home and residential installation. With a hyper-focus on performance and design, Theory Professional aims to become a go-to premium solution for the commercial audio market.

Theory Professional announced the appointment of highly-regarded audio industry executive and respected veteran, Marc Bertrand as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Theory Professional, a division of Theory Audio Design (Theory), and sister company to Pro Audio Technology (PRO). Former CEO of Adamson Systems Engineering and TC Group Americas, Bertrand joins the company as the first strategic move towards its launch into the commercial audio market.
