PreSonus Introduces Software-Controlled Revelator USB-C Microphone

Reacting to the exploding demand for microphone that can be used at home for web meetings, podcasting, voiceovers, or general home studio use, PreSonus is the latest company to announce a new entry in the USB microphone category. The new PreSonus Revelator microphone makes it easy to get polished, professional-sounding results with selectable polar patterns, preset configurations and loopback audio. Triton Digital, the digital audio technology and advertising company which continuously monitors user behavior and media consumption in the U.S., released new data around both AM/FM streams and station formats during the COVID-19 disruption, from March 6th through March 19th. Triton and Edison Research also recently published The Infinite Dial 2020 report identifying interesting trends in the use of smart speakers, voice assistants, streaming services and podcasts.

Audioburst Auto is an app created for the Android Auto platform, designed to provide expertly curated playlists, a personalized news feed, and search capabilities to drivers. LG Electronics and California-based Audioburst announced a collaboration to build the next cutting-edge in-car infotainment systems for leading automakers, giving consumers new ways to access and explore voice search and content, and brands deeper analysis around that usage in-car. LGE will be the first company to integrate Audioburst Deep Analysis API for Live Audio Streams. The experience, still in stealth mode, will be unveiled in January to select audiences at CES 2019 in Las Vegas.
