Duomondi Appoints Robert Winterhoff as General Manager of Sales, Marketing & Strategic Partnerships

Duomondi, a new Italian-German venture entering the market with a unique range of wireless speakers, announced the appointment of Robert Winterhoff as General Manager of Sales, Marketing & Strategic Partnerships. Winterhoff brings over 30 years of experience with storied names such as Harman International, Beyerdynamic, IAH, and Ultrasone AG. His appointment signals a defining moment in Duomondi’s ambition to redefine a category in architectural audio.

Since 2023, Focal Naim America distributes A-bsolument, a French company known for restoring and upgrading old radios, giving them modern functionality. Almost 10 years after the birth of A-bsolument, the company launched the A-bsolument Prodige Bluetooth speaker ($899 USD), made in France from recycled and sustainable materials. This timeless design, inspired by the iconic jewelry radios of the 60s, generates an impressive stereo sound which benefits from Focal drivers inside.

Apple announced its highly anticipated update to its best-selling AirPods Pro true wireless earbuds. We don't know which model Apple sells the most, if the updated "loose-fit" standard AirPods, or the in-ear and more expensive noise cancelling AirPods Pro. Genelec is now offering the option of a special RAW aluminum color finish, available on a selection of the most popular speakers in its Studio, AV and Home Audio ranges. The RAW versions use only recycled aluminum, require no painting and less finishing material than standard painted models – creating an even more environmentally friendly loudspeaker that allows the natural beauty of the enclosure’s raw material to shine through, giving each individual loudspeaker a unique look and feel.
