ICEpower Signs an Investment Agreement with Crestline

Danish audio amplifier company ICEpower has signed a definitive agreement with Crestline Investors, for an investment in a majority stake in the company. Crestline, headquartered in the US, is an institutional alternative investment management firm with over $16 billion in assets under management. ICEpower's management aims to accelerate the company's global growth strategy as a "preferred partner for outsourced product creation to the leaders of the audio industry."

Resonado Labs announced the closing of its Series-Seed venture capital round at $3M, bringing the total raised to date to $5.2M including Pre-Seed funding. The capital will accelerate the commercialization of Resonado Labs’ proprietary, novel Flat Core Speaker (FCS) technology, help the company develop a wider array of drivers, and invest in new talent and test and measurement equipment. Resonado is intent on rapidly expand into the automotive, marine, and home audio industries.

Axign B.V. received an equity investment from KBC Focus Fund as the lead investor, together with Innovation Industries and Oost NL. This investment round enables Axign to mass produce and launch the company’s unique range of audio devices worldwide. Additionally, the new funding will support the development and introduction of next-generation devices for active speakers and streaming audio systems.
