Tektronix Enhances 5 Series Mixed Signal Oscilloscope

Tektronix announced the launch of its newest version of the acclaimed 5 Series mixed-signal oscilloscope (MSO). With numerous enhancements, including added support for power integrity testing and for debug and validation, the 5 Series MSO delivers even more versatility while continuing to provide high-fidelity waveforms, unique spectrum analysis capabilities and flexible signal access appreciated by engineers around the world.

Keysight Technologies announced the new Infiniium 8-channel oscilloscope technology. Keysight's Infiniium EXR-Series Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes include eight models ranging from 500 MHz to 2.5 GHz and either 4 or 8 channels with wide-ranging upgradeability. The EXR-Series' waveform update rate is >200,000 waveforms/sec., allowing it to quickly build eye-diagrams capturing 5.7 Million UIs. Powerful and intuitive, the new oscilloscope series reduces test bench and workflow complexity.

Keysight Technologies announced that the company's early research and development in high-speed digital technology will enable the industry to accelerate adoption of the recently released USB4 specification. The company confirmed it will offer cost-effective test and measurement solutions that accelerate the development, implementation and deployment of new USB4 compatible devices.

Keysight Technologies introduced the U7243B USB 3.1 transmitter performance validation and compliance test software. The test software allows authorized test centers to test USB 3.1 Gen2 SuperSpeed Plus 10 Gbps devices with Type-C implementations and gives in-house test and performance validation engineers the tools to ensure devices comply with the USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C specification.
