Highly Anticipated Return for electronica 2022, November 15 to 18

electronica, the world’s leading trade fair and conference for electronics, will take place in 14 halls on the Munich exhibition grounds from November 15 to 18, 2022. This is a highly-anticipated return for a show that promises to reengage multiple critical sectors in development and manufacturing, after four years of absence. This year’s highlights in the electronica Conference will deal with Automotive, Embedded Platforms, Sensors, and Wireless Systems and Applications.

Linear Integrated Systems, the world-class designer and manufacturer of precision, high-performance, small-signal discrete semiconductors, announced the release of its 2022 Small Signal Discrete Data Book. The Data Book provides all Linear Systems’ datasheets in one spot. The Table of Contents includes product category, part number and part description, so users can browse the entire product line with ease. There is also a dedicated section on packages, highlighting the latest package innovations and packing options.

Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has developed the GRM011R60J104M multi-layer ceramic capacitor, which the company claims is the world’s first to feature a maximum capacitance of 0.1µF in 008004 inch size (0.25×0.125mm). Mass production of this new product is scheduled to begin in 2020. Applications can be valuable in wearables devices and compact audio players, among many other products that require large numbers of more compact capacitors.

TDK announced an expansion to its range of noise suppression filters for audio lines. The MAF1005G series now features low DC resistance and high rated current of up to 1.25 A, offering noise suppression at cellular frequencies from 600 MHz to 2.7 GHz. Due to their high rated current and compact dimensions, the components are ideally suited for the audio lines of external smartphone speakers and other compact communication devices such as headphones and microphones.
