StreamUnlimited Announces Stream2Go Product Line at IFA 2023

Based on a single hardware platform, Stream2Go features different software build options that are carefully configured to offer a suitable product line for different segments and categories. From smart audio to connected appliances, developers can choose from these ready to use packages and still offer cutting edge technologies including support for Bluetooth LE Audio, and any of the available streaming service options.

Sensory, the originator of wake words for personal assistants, raised the performance bar for always-listening wake word and speech recognition with significant upgrades to the embedded AI in its sixth generation of TrulyHandsfree, boosting the technology's already industry-leading wake word performance and accuracy by more than 65 percent. The new solution introduces upgraded turn-key voice interface solutions for devices of all shapes, sizes and power requirements.

Frontier Smart Technologies, a pioneer in development platforms for wireless audio, digital radio and voice recognition solutions, announced a significant enhancement to its Minuet Smart Audio platform, which will be the first in the world to allow smart speakers, soundbars and AVRs to be simultaneously controlled by voice-enabled devices from Google, Amazon and Apple, helping manufacturers to differentiate, and not have to compete head on with 1st party devices.

The new miniDSP UMA-8 is a high-performance yet low cost multichannel USB microphone array built around XMOS multicore technology, designed for voice-recognition application development. Seven high-performance MEMS microphones are configured in a circular arrangement to provide high-quality voice capture for a wide range of applications. Leveraging the onboard DSP processing, the UMA-8 supports voice algorithms including beamforming, noise reduction, acoustic echo cancellation and de-reverb.
