RapcoHorizon Introduces New BTIBLOX Bluetooth 4.2 Portable Streaming Solution

Seen for the first time at NAMM 2017 from RapcoHorizon, an RHC Audio brand, the BTIBLOX is a clever Bluetooth music streaming device, expanding RapcoHorizon’s line of BLOX series of self-contained portable devices. BTIBLOX features internal rechargeable batteries (6-8 hours life) or uses phantom power and can be used to quickly and easy pairing Bluetooth devices, supplying a line out on XLR to connect directly to a mixer or powered speaker input. Using Bluetooth 4.2, the device is able to cover a 75 feet range.

Radial Engineering is now shipping its new Decoder, a versatile and self contained MS (mid-side) interface, allowing experimenting with this type of techniques in any situation in a simple but complete portable device. It can be used with 3 microphones and connected to line-level to process pre-recorded tracks.

Radial Engineering announced its new JDX 48 Amplifier direct box is now shipping. The new generation version of the popular JDX Reactor amplifier DI joins the company’s recently expanded range tackling stereo connections, with the JDI Stereo high-end passive direct box and the J48 Stereo, all introduced in earlier 2015 and now already available.

iSEMcon announced its new iSEMic Series of measurement microphones and accessories for iPhone, iPad devices and laptop computers. The new iSEMic microphones support phantom power from 9 to 52V and ICP/IEPE power using simply one of the several available connector adapters, withouth signal converters needed.

Rupert Neve Designs announced two new products for the 2015 NAMM Show: the RNDI Active Transformer Direct Interface, and the R6 Six Space 500 Series Rack. The RNDI utilizes a custom Rupert Neve-designed transformer and a class-A biased discrete FET amplifier to elegantly balance an instrument signal. The R6 is a rack with more than 150% the required current and a full complement of XLR, TRS and DB-25 I/O.

Antelope Audio had many new products to show at the 137th AES Convention in Los Angeles, among which the new MP32, a compact 2U rack design with 32 channels of microphone preamplifiers with integrated software control. Antelope says the MP32 is the ultimate front-end recording solution for both live and studio applications and the perfect companion to Antelope's Orion32 interface.
