Audio Manufacturing in Vietnam? Join the APEI Supply Chain and Sourcing Webinar August 31

The Audio Product Education Institute (APEI), an initiative of the Audio Engineering Society (AES) promotes another of its Supply Chain and Sourcing education sessions to assess the manufacturing alternatives outside of China. This time, the webinar is focused on what is widely regarded as one of the most attractive and convenient options for audio manufacturing in Asia - Vietnam.

HEAD acoustics is hosting another online seminar, this time focused on ANC headset testing. The event is free to register and will repeat over three different time zones on February 23 and 24. During the seminar, HEAD acoustics will recap how the company's systems have helped the popular forum for headphone enthusiasts, Head-Fi.org, to properly evaluate ANC headphones at a time where new technologies and designs keep being introduced.

This is the inspirational appeal for this year's HEAD acoustics "Day of Acoustics" roadshow, a series of free online seminars with dedicated focus topics, taking place from October 29 to December 03, 2020. The online sessions are offered by HEAD acoustics experts in integrated acoustics solutions, sound and vibration analysis, and audio measurement, in areas such as telecommunications, automotive, and speech and audio quality optimization.

HEAD acoustics will promote a new online presentation titled "Optimizing Listening Effort in Vehicles." This new free online seminar - October 13, 2020 - will address HEAD acoustics's vast research in both communications and automotive audio, detailing how to explore the company's listening effort evaluation tool called ABLE (Assessment of Binaural Listening Effort). This implementation allows researchers to evaluate listening efforts inside vehicles, including for telecommunication applications.

HEAD acoustics continues to expand its series of online seminars focusing on enabling seamless audio/video conferences that help to increase the productivity and engagement of employees working in home offices and collaborating remotely. To give an overview over challenges and added value of this complex testing scenario using two acoustic test rooms, HEAD acoustics will host a free online seminar on August 11, 2020, with three different sessions available for different time zones.
