The Wireless Speaker and Audio Association (WiSA) announced that another European manufacturer and Association member, Pylon Audio, has earned the WiSA HT Interoperability Certification for its Jasper line of high-end home audio loudspeakers. The Polish company is going to offer WiSA-enabled active models of its Jasper line, which includes the Jasper 25 mkII, Jasper Monitor 18 and Jasper 23. All will be available for purchase in select countries beginning March 6.

In what is certainly great news for all other OEM amplifier companies, Pascal A/S of Copenhagen, Denmark, which recently had decided to compete directly with its former amplifier clients with the launch of Blaze Audio, is now also going to sell speakers, competing directly with what last clients it still had. To push forward with this strategy, Pascal acquired the former WorxAudio IP from Presonus/Fender and hired its veteran team, led by Hugh Sarvis.
