The announcement follows a previous strategic agreement with Ciare, announced in June 2015, which allowed Eighteen Sound to control worldwide sales of Ciare’s catalog. The confirmed acquisition broadens the scope of Eighteen Sound’s product line offering, as well as expanding the two brand’s access to new global markets.

LaVoce introduced two new ferrite subwoofer drivers intended for the installation market and small enclosures, including a new 10” SSF102.40 shallow mounting subwoofer with a total mounting depth of less than 4” (10cm) using a 2.4” voice coil. The 8” SSF082.00L is a new powerful long throw subwoofer with a 2” voice coil.
