The new system is an extension to JBL’s VTX family, using a new dual 12” line array loudspeaker element, engineered from the ground up to provide best-in-class performance, reliability and ease of use. The new line array is intended as a completely redesigned solution for mid- to large-size touring productions and high-end fixed installations.

Revealed at the AES convention in Los Angeles, September 2016, Cadac Holdings is now shipping its new CDC seven digital mixing console, which builds still further on the heritage of the flagship CDC eight and success of the medium format CDC six models. The new CDC Seven offers all of the power and operational simplicity of the CDC six with the enhanced production capabilities of an expanded dual 23.5-inch 16:9 touch screens and fader count with increased I/O. The new Radial LX-2 and LX-3 are passive line-level splitters that distribute a balanced audio signal to multiple destinations noiselessly. Both units feature premium Jensen isolation transformers for exceptional audio quality, and XLR/1/4” combo inputs for easy connectivity. The LX-2 features a trim control to attenuate the input, allowing to reduce the level from hard-driven mic pre’s to avoid clipping. Both units have ground lifts on each XLR output to further reduce buzz and hum from ground loops, ensuring that the signal reaches each destination noise-free.
