2024 Jeep Wagoneer S Launch Edition Features Exclusive McIntosh Entertainment System

The 2024 Jeep Wagoneer S Launch Edition will be the first electric vehicle to feature a completely new McIntosh-branded entertainment system. The new segment-exclusive MX1200 Entertainment System will be available in the Jeep brand's first global battery-electric vehicle (BEV), which will launch first in the US and Canada. Meticulously engineered and tuned by the luxury audio brand for the Jeep Wagoneer S, the new entertainment system fully translates McIntosh's unique experience to an electric vehicle.

McIntosh Laboratory announced that its latest McIntosh Entertainment Systems — the MX1375 Reference Entertainment System, employing 23 specifically tuned speakers, and the MX950 Entertainment System, are going to hit the road in the upcoming 2022 Jeep Wagoneer and Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Both vehicles will be available in mid-2021. The two iconic American brands have been collaborating to develop an exclusive sound system combining imagination and expert engineering in equal parts.

The Jeep Grand Wagoneer Concept debuted with a new McIntosh Audio System, featuring 23 speakers and a 24-channel amplifier for an impressive 1375 watts total. The system is exclusively designed and custom tuned to the vehicle’s luxurious cabin. Three active coaxial speakers in the dashboard, four headliner speakers, and a 12-inch sub for seriously deep bass, produce an immersive 3D sound experience that is certain to impress.
