Audiotonix, the group of companies comprising Allen & Heath, Calrec, DiGiCo, DiGiGrid, Group One Limited, KLANG:technologies, and Solid State Logic entertainment technology brands, announced the acquisition of US-based Sound Devices LLC. The transaction further extends the scope of Audiotonix professional solutions for audio production environments and signals a new expansion phase by the British group in North America.
