iZotope and Native Instruments Form New Music and Audio Technology Group
iZotope, the Boston-based audio processing software experts, and Native Instruments, the German music creation company that just recently sold the majority of its shares to investment firm Francisco Partners, announced that they have teamed up to form a new technology group backed by Francisco Partners and EMH Partners. Both companies share a vision of shaping the future of music-making and audio production and believe this alliance opens up new creative possibilities for musicians, producers, and audio engineers.
